Since our humble beginning in the custom homebuilding industry we have delivered some of Central Texas’ most prestigious luxury homes. Distinguished with conscious designs, innovative building techniques, and homeowner investments that yielded above market resale values, our homes became some of the most sought-after in the region. 

Over the next 25 years our company’s endeavors evolved from our passion for bringing a homeowner’s dreams into a palpable experience to developing unique master-planned communities and creative commercial spaces, but our focus on the stakeholder at every step of the process remained the same.

It is our mission to create singular real estate projects that improve the quality of life for the stakeholder in each of our business’ three key facets. Whether that be the craftsman during the build of a charming custom home, the community of neighbors that reap the benefits of developments that deliver wholesome environments, or the investors entrusting us to yield a healthy return on their personal fortunes. While we are visionaries that spearhead our projects, we are simply a sum of all the lives involved in the actualization of a real estate venture.

 

Our Leadership


 

Bobby Arnold | Principal

Bobby has over a quarter-century of experience in the real estate industry. At the age of 25, he started a homebuilding company, Arnold Design+Build, and emerged as one the most prestigious custom homebuilders in the Central Texas region. Quickly earning the trust and confidence of high-profile custom home clients, Bobby expanded his entrepreneurial endeavors into value-add development projects.

During the course of his entrepreneurial career, Bobby has gained extensive expertise in all three facets of the development process: planning and design, construction, and development. His business foresight and creativity in land acquisitions, land planning, debt and equity sourcing, project management, construction implementation, and property lease-up has earned the financial backing by some of the region’s top public and private equity sources.

 

Sherri Morgan | Financial Controller

Sherri has over 30 years of experience in managerial accounting. Early on in her professional career, she assumed a position in the Accounting Department at Texas Hydraulics. Quickly climbing the corporate ladder, she became the youngest Chief Financial Officer in Texas at the time.

As our Financial Controller, Sherri is responsible for all accounting functions, financial reporting, and cash management. She works directly with private equity investors in regards to loan details, processing loan financials, and conducting interim construction draws for development projects. Sherri is a graduate of Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. 

 

Dillan Pesquera | Project Manager & Marketing

Dillan joined the Arnold Group in 2017 in his pursuit to gain valuable experience in raw land development, project management, and entrepreneurial business models.  A lifelong Austinite, Dillan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin. Post graduation, Dillan became an Associate at The Berger Co., a New Orleans-based commercial real estate investment development group with an impressive portfolio of luxury hotels and parking facilities, where he assisted the Principal in market analysis and business development. 

Dillan oversees our company branding, sales, marketing, project planning and design, and Austin business growth and operations.
